Hypnosis to quit smoking is a legitimate treatment plan.  If you choose to try this route, pick a hypnotist which is reputable.  Make sure he or she is certified in therapeutic hypnosis.  As well they need to specialize in smoking cessation, so that they understand your need.  Find one in which you feel comfortable with, and don’t be afraid to check references. Actually talk to those who have used this persons service in the past.
Once you have chosen the hypnotist which works best for you, schedule an appointment.  Now, go to the session feeling confident and positive.  After all, this is the first step to your new, smoke free path.
